The Butler County Clerk of Courts office is proud to announce that it has begun accepting eFilings on certain cases, with more to come soon! Currently, only Delinquent Tax Foreclosure and Mortgage Foreclosure cases are able to be eFiled. We are currently working with other case types in our test environment and will be rolling out new case types throughout the year. This news is very exciting for our county! The implementation of this project was made possible by the Butler County General Division Judges and through a grant received from the Ohio Supreme Court, funding the entire project.
