In 2003, the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles chose the West Chester title office to pilot a new project for Limited Authority Deputy Registrars. This project combines services for titling and licensing motor vehicles. Limited Authority Deputy Registrar services are available only in conjunction with a title transaction.

  • Annual or Biennial Vehicle Registration or License Plate Transfer
  • Temporary Tag (30-day)
  • Out of State Vehicle Inspection
  • Annual or Biennial Vehicle Registration and License Plate for Passenger vehicle, motorcycle, non commercial vehicle
