The court is able to address special needs of jurors.

The court is able to address the special needs of most jurors. In addition, the Government Services Center is a facility that complies with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.  If you are a Juror who requires special assistance, we ask that you provide us with as much advance notice as possible so that special accommodations can be arranged.  Please contact the office manager at the Butler County Clerk of Courts office at (513) 887-3278 to report the following information:

          • Your name and juror number
          • The nature of your disability
          • The type of special accommodation you will require       

Please feel free to call and discuss any special needs you may have, even if they do not rise to the level of a disability. Our staff is available to work with you to provide the necessary arrangements to make your term of service as comfortable as possible.
